All services are delivered one-on-one (remotely) by an experienced recruitment professional, and tailored to your unique goals. Support persons are welcome.

A tailored single session for individuals with a specific coaching need or as a follow up for graduates of the 4 part program.Â

All coaching content is interactive and accessible. Sessions are paced to support structured learning with regular practice and feedback.
Remote Delivery: Coaching is delivered via live video call, so location is no barrier.
Flexibility: We welcome requests for alternative formats and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Whether you’re funded through the NDIS or seeking private support, we’ve made it as easy as possible to take the next step toward employment success.
If you’re Plan-Managed or Self-Managed under the NDIS, you can use your funding to access our coaching services.
Our supports align with Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job and are designed to build your skills, boost your confidence, and improve your chances of gaining meaningful employment.
We invoice your Plan Manager directly, or to you if you’re self-managed.

Can I access your coaching services if I’m not an NDIS participant? Yes! We welcome private clients, including those referred by Disability Employment Services (DES) providers.
What NDIS funding category applies? Our services align with “Capacity Building – Finding and Keeping a Job”.
Do you offer online sessions? Yes! All our sessions are designed to be conducted online.Â
Do you offer group workshops? Yes. We can arrange group workshops by request. Please contact us to discuss your group requirements.
Is it possible to arrange a session in person? Yes, in-person coaching sessions can be arranged by request in Melbourne only. Travel surcharges may apply.
